Add User/Admin & Multi Account Access
We follow the same steps for adding a user as we will for linking multiple alarm systems together. As an account holder follow the below simple steps to invite another person and/or Alarm System:
Please note that two email addresses are required if you want to link two alarms systems.
If the person you are inviting has an alarm linked to their email address already, they will now be able to see the two alarm systems.
Step 1
Go into your PhoneWatch app and on the home, screen click the people icon. Or also follow the same in your My pages account. Click People – permanent users. Then click add user.
Step 2
Click request code to get the SMS verification code. (SMS will be sent to legal owners’ mobile number).
Step 3
Enter in the SMS code you have received to get to the next step.
Step 4
Enter the first and last name of the new user. (If adding on another alarm system, the name can be personalized. Example: First name: Summer Last name: House
Step 5
For the pin, enter a unique pin for the new user (different from the owner’s pin).
Step 6
Enable permissions for the user. (If adding another alarm system, you must select Administrator).
Step 7
Then enter the new users phone number and press done. (If adding on another alarm system, then the mobile number must match the account holder’s mobile number.)
Step 8
Once the invite has been accepted, the new user will have access to the alarm system via the app and will appear in permanent users. If you have added another alarm system, you can click on the house icon in the top right to switch between each alarm system.
