They look at your lifestyle, your family’s needs and assess your home to custom-build your Smart Alarm System. They’re experts in our technology and service. They’ll advise you on the benefits of each product, letting you decide if it’s right for you.

Our team is the foundation of our company, which is why we train them for much more than just a job. From day one, our sales experts will be provided with a personalized Sales Training Onboarding. We're proud that a high proportion of our leadership and specialist positions are filled through internal promotions. This is made possible by our comprehensive training program for new leaders. This program equips them with the necessary soft skills, IT knowledge, and expertise in areas like employment law, recruitment, and safety.

Leave installation to our professional installers

Your Smart Alarm System will be installed by our own certified team of professionals. They'll install your alarm components, run tests, and show you how to use your new system. When our Security Advisors arrive in your home you can be assured they are fully trained in the installation and connection of every product. They have to complete 100 hours of training before they can install a system on their own.

The team will show you how to use the Smart Alarm System and the PhoneWatch app. If you have any questions, they'll be happy to answer them.

24/7 Monitoring with immediate response

There are two core elements to your security system - the technology in your home and the highly trained team who respond to your alarm. With PhoneWatch's Certified 24-hour Alarm Receiving Centre, we respond in a matter of seconds. The Alarm Receiving Centre is manned by highly trained and certified operators. Using modern technology, the alarm signal is sent to the operator who quickly sees the event on his screen.

Whether it's a burglary, fire, emergency or water leak alarm, with the help of images, the operator verifies the type of action to be taken. If we can confirm smoke, burglary or other suspicious situations on the images, the Alarm Receiving Centre turns the case into an emergency. The operator will liaise with the guards or the emergency services during the entire situation, saving valuable seconds. The operator(s) will continue to follow the incident all the way until it’s closed, and if needed they will stay on the line with you all the way.
